Beautiful beach area with the most gorgeous views. There are designated areas where you can enter with your car and other areas where you can park. It is a great spot for long walks on the beach and soaking up some sun and feeling the ocean breeze. Much less crowded then some of the other areas which makes it all the more peaceful.

A quiet subdivision on Galveston Island where most of the neighbors leisurely ride around on lovely custom golf carts, with beautiful homes just a short walk away from the beach. The real charm is the peaceful, almost country type living but just a short 25 minute drive to the busy lively area such as Stewart Beach, Pleasure Pier, and more on Seawall Blvd.

Parked on the beach and set up about 15 ft from the car. It was nice and no complaints. We weren't far from the state park divide which was empty. We were able to let the dogs run since it was empty. We walked a couple miles with the dogs. Great day

Resort has a lot to offer for all ages. Great for families. Owners do their best to keep the property clean, some guest do not. This is our 2nd vacation at the resort, we were in site 11 this visit and it had a smell of sewer at times during the week. It wasn't strong enough to ruin our visit be will request a different site next time.

Jamaica Beach is our favorite community on the island. It's close enough to town for a quick trip and has great views of the State Park. There are lots of inexpensive rentals available and you can park ON the beach. Winter weekends are my favorite - no crowds, lots of birds to see.

I know it’s a Texas beach. It was not dirty with trash. Wasn’t overly crowded. But really, Texas beaches aren’t for swimming it seems. Sand was hard. Water was smelly. Easy parking.
